You know, I am actually quite surprised that the CW canned this Ashton Kutcher produced drama after only TWO EPISODES! I want to know the scoop… Was it that bad? Were the ratings seriously that low? Was promotion under funded? Were they worried about Mischa? Or was it all of the above?
I know Mischa would like to believe it’s all about her, but I kind of feel for the rest of the cast. This was Fall of 2009’s 1st show to go under and with sinking ships quality shows like 90210 and Melrose Place… The CW seriously didn’t have room for one more failure? Or to at least air the remaining episodes?
I never watched the show but heard it was decent. Well sorry TBL fans… Decent doesn’t cut it in an industry that favors money/mass-popularity over overall fan loyalty.
I wonder how Mischa’s going to support her habits now, lol…
Maybe in 20 years the CW can make a “The OC” spin-off called “The OC” and resurrect Mischa’s former character Marissa from the dead. If she makes it through the next twenty years with her turbo gutter slunt ways…
