Media outlets are reporting that Miley is attempting to go for a more skanky mature image by sporting cleavage and a sexier look on her recent cover for Elle Magazine.
I don’t see it. From what I can tell Miley must be wearing a push up bra and she must also be rocking lop-sided boobs or something because I only see one in the picture.
